Quotes and bookings
Submitting the Quote form or Contact form is an enquiry, not an automatic contract. Quotes are personalised. A booking is confirmed only when we accept your request and any required deposit is arranged as described in our communications with you. Bookings are subject to a two-hour minimum unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We do not display fixed prices on this website. Any quote we provide is based on the information you give us; inaccurate details may mean the quote needs revising.
Accuracy of information
Please ensure the details you submit (including contact details, property information, and service requirements) are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
